1.1 Welcome to the website of 00193573 LifeTrip LLC (“Company”, “we” or “us”). The following terms and conditions, together with any documents they expressly incorporate by reference (collectively, these “Terms of Use” or “Agreement”)), govern your access to and use of lifetrip.am including any content, functionality and services offered on or through lifetrip.am or any mobile application relating thereto (the “Website”) and for your purchase and/or use any of the Company’s services.

1.2 Please read the Terms of Use carefully before you start to use the Website. By using the Website, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy and IBO code of Ethics which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not want to agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy and IBO code of Ethics, you must not access or use the Website and you will be prohibited from creating an account with us.

License and Eligibility

2.1 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, nontransferable license to access the Website and its content in accordance with these Terms of Use. You agree to provide Us with complete and current registration information. Persons under 13 and/or persons that have been suspended from a profession or business by any professional association, society, or institution and/or persons that are in jail and/or confined to any correctional institution of any kind are prohibited from providing personal information on our Website. IBO

3.1 Our services may be advertised or promoted through our network of Independent Business Owners (“IBO(s)”), who are each independent promoters of the Company’s materials and services. When you register your account online with Us, you become a member of LifeTrip and you will receive an LifeTrip identification number (“LifeTrip ID”). As a member you are granted the opportunity to participate in the Company promotions program as an IBO in accordance with the requirements set forth in Section 4.

Promotions Program

4.1 In order to adhere to the promotions program as an IBO, in addition to the requirement provided in Section 2, you are required to complete the LifeTrip training and education program for the promotion of services and accept the terms and conditions of the promotions program agreement (“PPA”) by clicking the following link IBOagreement

Accessing the Website and Account Security

5.1 We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this Website, and any service or material we provide on the Website, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of the Website, or the entire Website, to users, including registered users.

5.1.1 You are responsible for:

You agree that all information you provide to register with this Website or otherwise, including but not limited to through the use of any interactive features on the Website, is governed by our Privacy Policy, and you consent to all actions we take with respect to your information consistent with our Privacy Policy.

6.2 These Terms of Use permit you to use the Website for your personal and/or non-commercial use. Except as noted in Section 7.1 below, you must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any of the material on our Website, except as follows:

Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes.

In addition, IBO’s participating in the promotions program are hereby granted permission to download product and botanical images from the Website. People or model images cannot be downloaded or copied due to copyright laws. Copies downloaded or taken from LifeTrip literature must be used exactly as printed or written. Changing a word or two may change the real meaning or definition. In the event that information is downloaded from the Website, the information, including any Content, data or files incorporated in or generated by the Website are owned by the Company and the Company retains complete title to the information and all property rights therein. All other rights reserved.

8.1 The Company name, the Company logo and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of the Company or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written consent of the Company. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans on this Website are the trademarks of their respective owners.
